Hi Everyone! Welcome to the Sketch Saturday Challenge #615! Our sponsor this year is Riley and Company. I used the Tucker the Dog Stamp and Learn a Lesson sentiment stamp.
I used scrap paper from my stash to make this card, a white card base, along with Echo Park Enamel Dots, “Paws” Washi Tape from Eyelet Outlet.
The measurements for the card are as follows:
Back panel 5 1/2 X 4 in.
1 3/4 X 4 in.
1/2 X 4 in.
I used the washi tape for one of the vertical strips
Sentiment strip and layering strip are the same size 4 3/4 X 1 in. The sentiment strip I fishtailed the ends.
I colored Tucker with Copic markers E23, E37, and E47 and fussy cut him out. After I cut him out I used a black marker to edge around the entire image.
I pieced the card together using the sketch, I adhered the layering strip and the sentiment strip off-center then popped both up with foam tape. I added foam dots to Tucker and placed him on the sentiment strip.
I finished off the card using the enamel dots.
HA! This saying is GREAT!! I needed this laugh today! Thanks!!
