Hi Everyone! Welcome to the Sketch Saturday Challenge #619! Our sponsor this year is Riley and Company.
Today I used the “Police Riley” image and “I Swear It Will Be Funny” sentiment stamp.
I used scrap paper from my stash to make this card and a white card base.
The measurements for the card are as follows:
Card base 5 1/2 X 4 1/4 in.
Back Panel 5 1/4 X 4 in.
The top panel behind the oval image 3 1/2 X 2 1/2 in.
The next 2 pieces under that panel I cut 1/2 difference X about 1 1/2 in. Those two panels were 2 X 1 1/2 in. and 1 1/2 X 1 1/2 in.
I used oval dies to cut out the ovals, the back layering piece for the oval with the image is 3 1/2 X 2 1/2 in., image oval 2 1/2 X 2 in., and the sentiment oval is 2 X 1 3/4 in.
I stamped the image with Momento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored the image with Copic Markers photo below. I stamped the sentiment with VersaFine Onyx Black Ink.
I pieced the card together using the sketch, I adhered the layering panels, the ovals with the image and sentiment I popped both up with foam tape. I used some red ink to brush the edges of the sentiment piece.
I finished off the card using some red enamel dots and glossy accents for his sunglasses.
